1. This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. Facilities vary from club to club.
3. The voucher entitles 1 person to a 30 day Guest Membership at the chosen Expressions Fitness Club.
4. This voucher must be used on 30 consecutive days.
5. The 30 day Guest Membership entitles the holder to use the facilities in their chosen club free of charge, with the exception of tennis, badminton, lessons, coaching, bowls, sports hall use & related activities, astro turf pitch & associated activities, squash, conference facilities, therapy rooms, sunbeds, beauty rooms and crèche facilities.
6. Bingham Leisure Centre only- a £20 deposit will be required for a Technogym Fitness Equipment Key. This is refundable upon return of the key.
7. When booking an induction at least 24 hours notice must be given, availability cannot be guaranteed. YOU MUST TELEPHONE THE CLUB SELECTED AND PRE ARRANGE YOUR FIRST VISIT / INDUCTION. THE CLUB WILL REFUSE ENTRY IF AN APPOINTMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE.
8. Only one voucher can be used per person.
9. The voucher must be used within a three months of purchase.
10. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.
11. If for any reason the voucher holder is refused permission to enter an Expressions Fitness Club then no alternative will be offered.
12. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions before using facilities.
13. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
